Should you wish to re-order previously supplied products you will find our reorder facility simple to use.
After log in, using your registration details you will be able to see your order history and have the options to repeat, add, delete items as required.

A label / tag I am looking for is not listed.

I require a size of label / tag different to those shown.

I want a flash (pricing) label but with a different price.

Please email your requirements, it may be we have printed the item before and not yet added to our website. If not it is likely we will design and print the item for you and add to our site in due course.

I would like my personal details and / or message printed on a label or tag.

We offer a true in-house bespoke printing service, from design to proof to print.
If there is a particular item listed that you would like to personalise, please click on that product and follow the “customise this” link.
Alternatively, email us with your requirements through the “Design it Yourself” tab. We can design artwork or accept digital artwork from you. Please bear in mind the finished printed product can only be as good as the artwork used to create it. We proof all bespoke designs prior to printing so you can be assured all details will be correct before we print your order.

The text on a warning label is not correct.

Legislation is constantly changing or being updated.
We attempt to stay one step ahead of current narrative, however, should you be aware of an imminent or pending change in legislation which is likely or has affected the wording on Warning, Caution or Prohibition labels / tags, please advise us and we will seek confirmation from the governing association of that trade and alter the text as necessary.

I require bulk buying of labels / tags.

Please contact us with your requirements, as we offer discounted rates for bulk / regular orders.

I want labels on reels not in packs.

We can supply labels on reels for quantities of 500 or more (of each type).

What is the difference between label adhesives?

Permanent:
As the name implies, it is intended labels or stickers are to remain permanently fixed to the item to which they are applied.

Freezer:
A permanent adhesive most popularly used for labels stuck to food or catering products which are likely to be frozen. Label will remain fixed to the item subjected to below freezing temperatures.

Removable:
Label can be peeled and removed. Most popularly used in retail. eg/ price / flash sticker.

Water Soluble:
Labels can be washed off items to which they are applied. For example, popular in food preparation areas where labels are applied to food trays that are washed after use. See product code sequence CA1000W onwards.
