Our 40x20mm Heavy-Duty Code 128 Barcode Labels are produced on durable silver polyester material with a protective laminate, providing a tough labelling solution for environments where standard paper labels may not be suitable. The strong permanent adhesive ensures reliable bonding to a wide range of surfaces including metal, plastic, machinery, containers and equipment.

Each label measures 40mm x 20mm and is supplied on rolls of 500 labels, making them ideal for consistent barcode identification across products, components and operational processes. The labels are printed black on silver polyester to provide strong contrast for reliable barcode scanning.

Using the “Start Designing” button above, you can personalise your labels by entering the barcode data you require, which will be encoded into a Code 128 barcode format. The barcode is also printed with a matching human-readable number, allowing the code to be identified manually if scanning is not available.

When ordering multiple rolls, the numbering sequence will continue from the previous roll, ensuring consistent sequential numbering across your entire order.
